The Customer is a large US-based e-commerce corporation providing a variety of services to its customers. Required skills: • 1+ year of experience in customer or sales support • Strong communication skills • Proactive attitude • Ability to organize own work, as well as work of others • Attention to details, commitment to quality • Ability to learn quickly • Analytical skills • Responsibility • Responsiveness • Windows and MS Office (advanced user). • Reporting skills, working with documentation • English: at least upper intermediate, both spoken and written.
