Requirements: Intermediate English, written/spoken. Good theoretical knowledge in testing techniques. Work experience in testing, 1-3 years. Moderate theoretical knowledge and basic practical experience in databases (SQL, data structures), 1+ years. Discipline and strong attention to details. University degree, preferably in Computer Science (or equivalent). Basic knowledge and practical use of any of software development methodologies/SDLCs (RUP, MSF, XP, waterfall, iterative, etc.). Advanced use of Bug trackers. Practical experience in working with documents: Sofware Requirements Specification, Test Plan, Test Cases, Check Lists, Reports. Desire for self improvement. Ability for teamwork. Experience in effort estimates. Abillity to read/understand UML diagrams. Strong attention to details and problem solving skills. Thorough knowledge of internet technologies including familiarity with multiple browsers. Responsibilities: Effective work with minimal supervision. Execute Test Cases. Write clear bug reports/steps to reproduce. Review/Validate requirements specifications. Create/maintain test environment, test scripts. Requirements analysis. Create Test documentation. Testing documents reviews. Effort/schedule estimates. Presicely follow management directions and testing documentation/specifications.
