- The primary focus of this position is to develop, and support superior applications utilizing Microsoft .NET technology including MOSS 2007. This is a hands-on position requiring strong development skills and a strong understanding of software development life cycle. • Create superior software design using OOP and Agile methodologies • Architect, analyze, design, implement and maintain high quality software solutions • Follow, create and improve upon the development process like code reviews, unit testing. • Provide technical expertise and see projects / assignments through to completion while adhering to business timelines. • Improve upon current skills while also developing and mastering new technical skills • Participates as an active team member on projects assisting project managers in completion of project tasks. Ensure proper documentation is maintained on all projects. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED Bachelor's Degree in the area of CS, CIS, EE, Mathematics or related field. 5+ years experience with application development and design in a professional environment 2+ years experience with SharePoint development including web part development and custom branding 2+ years experience with C# 2+ years experience with ASP and ASP.NET 2+ years experience in SQL Server and understanding of relational databases Outstanding software debugging skills ability to debug complex applications with multi-threaded algorithms Experience with any of the following helpful: XML / XSLT, Web Services, JavaScript, VBScript, HTML, DHTML Strong organization and planning skills Ability to manage schedules and commitments Strong communication and inter personal skills Required Skills: Sharepoint, .Net, Agile, OOP, C#, ASP, ASP.Net, SQL, |
