Advanced theorethical knowledge and practical experience in JDK 1.5+ is REQURED. Advanced theorethical knowledge and practical experience in: Servlets, JSP, JSTL, Spring (including Spring MVC), Hibernate, WebServices is REQUIRED. Advanced theorethical knowledge and practical experience in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery framework is REQUIRED. Strong knowledge of OOP is REQUIRED. Advanced theoretical knowledge and work experience in databases, 2+ years (MSSQL and/or Oracle) is REQUIRED. Secondary Skills: Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in: JSR-168/268 (Portlets, LifeRay portal) knowledge and experience, Inter-portlet communication and Embedding Remote Portlets experience will be a big plus. Writen English on Intermediate level. Experience in leading teams of 2-5 people would be a plus. Practical use of 1-2 software development methodologies. Good knowledge of software development methodologies (RUP, MSF, XP, waterfall, iterative, etc.). Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in unit testing. Experience in communicating with foreign customers (written, 1+ years). Experience in effort estimates. Abillity to read/understand and create UML diagrams. Advanced use of tools: Source Control, Bug tracker. Work experience 3+ years. University degree in Computer Science (or equivalent). Ability for teamwork. Discipline and strong attention to details. Desire for self improvement. Ability to precisely follow corporate policies and management directions. Optional: Upper-Int English, written/spoken is preferable. Practical experience in working with documents: Sofware Requirements Specification, Software Design Specification, Reports. Theoretical knowledge of Change Requests Managing procedure. Willing to travel. International passport would be a plus. Proactively take measures to be on track with plans. |
