Requirements:
1. Hands on experience with .Net at least 3 years
2. Experience with Microsoft.NET (C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Windows Forms)
3. Excellent knowledge in MS SQL Server
4. Solid experience with XML, Webservices, UML, VSS, XSL Formationg Objects (XSL-FO)
5. Good work experience in developing large web portals - ensuring the reliability of software systems under heavy load
6. Fluent English on all levels (speaking, writing, reading)
7. Ability to communicate with customer and discuss requirements

Additional requirements:
• Willingness to travel
• Good communication skills, ability to negotiate with end clients
• Capability to plan, despatch and control work processes among team members
• Capability to fulfill tasks properly and on time
