Requirements
General:
- Strong analytical skills
- Vast experience in communication with international clients
- Proactive management & Leadership skills
- Work ethics
- Higher education
- Fluent English
- Experience in project planning & reporting

Technical skills:
- At least 4 years of development experience
- Strong Java knowledge
- Experience in object-oriented analysis and design
- Profound knowledge of design patterns
- Experience in Java Persistence (Hibernate/JPA/JDBC)
- Being expert at Java Web Development (JSP/Servlets/Spring MVC)
- Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, YUI
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Database design and ability to maintain high-performing databases
- Good knowledge of HTML/XHTML/CSS standards

Additional requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader
