We are looking for Java Engineer for Kharkov office. Responsibilities: * development and bugfixing for Rival Watch 2.0 platform * support stable work of production application which have every-day-basis deliveries to clients * active communication and close collaboration with the US based client team Requirements: * bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant * strong knowledge of Java * strong skills in databases, SQL and experience in development/support for database-related applications * experience of production support of the application based on Linux/Unix environment * experience in codebase analisys for complex Java-based projects * good knonwledge of maven/ant and one of the version control systems : cvs/svn/git * understanding of Scrum/Agile basics * good level of written English Desired: * good knowledge of script languages - ruby, perl, javascript * experience of using Oracle * experience in data-mining-related applications - web crawling, data mappings, full text search and indexing * experience of work with cloud environment ( Amazon Elastic Compute Clouds is preferable * fluent English We offer: * Competitive salary (after interview) * Career and professional growth * 20-days paid vacation, 100% paid sick list * Medical insurance * Flexible schedule.
