Sphere Consulting is looking for a talented Flash/Flex Developer to join our fast growing development team in Kharkov. Responsibilities: • Assist the creative team to concept Flash projects including, web sites, online advertising, games and animation. • Create dynamic and scalable interactive Flash/Flex applications. • Give creative input regarding enhancements using Flash and related technologies. • Assist in all phases of creative work from concept and storyboards through production. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience required: • Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science or related field. • Minimum of 2 years strong Flash experience. • Expert level Actionscript (2 and 3) programming. • Expert knowledge of Flash animation techniques using both the timeline and programmatic motion. • Experience creating dynamic Flash applications that use XML and server side technologies. • Experience with Flex • Experience with Flash AMF, Flash Media Server and/or Papervision a plus. • Ability to translate designs accurately from various applications into Flash. • Proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator. • Good communication skills and ability to work closely with Art Directors/Designers. • Familiar with using HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, MySQL.
