Sphere Consulting is looking for a talented Recruiting/HR Manager to join our Kharkov office. Responsibilities: - Provide staff planning, recruiting, interviewing, selection, training and development, performance appraisals, career planning, employee relations - Advise about employee motivation - Participate in design and delivery of development programs for employees - Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations issues - Provide update on all recruiting/HR processes and practices - Lead talent management process - Ensure regular reporting to the Company’s management team - Business development functions, marketing. An Ideal candidate will have: • 2+ years experience of work as an HR/Recruiting Manager • Experience working in HR role at international IT company • Fluent Russian, good English is very much preferred. • BS/MS degree • Proficient in MS Office • Mature personality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, good abilities in building business relations across the company • High level of integrity and trust • Able to work under pressure • Excellent negotiating skills and attention to detail.
